Nilda manages our office and is a patient relationship expert. She has several years of experience in healthcare, including maintaining patients accounts and medical records. Nilda oversees all medical and aesthetic appointments as well as she does all the troubleshooting, ordering, designing advertisement and organizing events. She is fluent in Spanish and has a special talent for taking care of all patients’ needs with positive attitude. Nilda’s commitment to excellence, professionalism and personal attention to every detail makes our office run smoothly and efficiently.
Alma A. Beck, Laser Technician
Alma has been specializing in laser treatments and skin rejuvenation for several years. She holds multiple licenses in various laser, IPL, skin tightening and body contouring therapies. In addition to her experience in medical aesthetics, she is also fluent in Spanish and brings enthusiasm, positive attitude and a commitment for excellence to our already friendly and professional staff.
Marcie Crossland, RN & Licensed Esthetician
Marcie is a RN, licensed cosmetologist, medical aesthetician, and AIIC certified master intradermal cosmetic technician. Marcie has been teaching intradermal cosmetics and paramedical procedures for eight of her twelve years in practice. She is co-owner of Permanent Chic, a company that provides certification in various paramedical procedures, particualry permanent cosmetics. In addition to being an accomplished speaker and educator, Marcie has managed the office of plastic surgeon David A Grant, M.D., F.A.C.S. in Fort Worth,TX for ten years before returning to her native West Texas and joining Body Focus team.
JessAnne Guzman, LVN
JessAnne has several years of experience in working in a busy doctor’s office and assisting with medical and cosmetic procedures. She is commited to helping our patients with weight loss issues and is currently working on her RN degree. She has a gift for patients’ care. JessAnne’s commitment for excellence is highly reinforced by her positive attitude and professionalism.
Catherine Fletcher, Licensed Esthetician
Catherine has been in the beauty & wellness field for more than 8 years.
During that time she has received over 10 degrees and certifications in
aesthetics, body therapy and wellness, massage therapy, pregnancy massage,
aromatherapy, and reflexology. While receiving licenses in TX, NM, and MT,
she then proceeded to get a higher education in London, England in 2008,
where she received her CIDESCO International Beauty Therapy license.
Catherine has managed and worked at several different spas through out the
world, which has made her a diverse and competent therapist. Her caring
and warm personality will make you feel in good hands no matter what
treatment you choose.
Linda Rodriguez, CNA and Weight Loss Technician
Linda has several years of experience in medical field and esthetic offic. Her interest in helping people to achieve their life goals and making them healthier combined with knowledge about weight loss, detoxification and nutritional supplementation makes her an excellent life coach. She brings with her positive attitude, professionalism and passion for patients’ care and problem solving. She is bilingual, has a great personality and communication skills.
Beatriz (Bea) Rodriguez, Front Desk Coordinator
Beatriz has proven a wonderful asset to our team since joining us as a patient coordinator and a receptionist. She has several years experience in medical and surgical practice. She manages multiple phone lines, schedules appointments and patiently answers multiple questions about different treatments offered at our clinic. When patients call our office, Beatriz greets them warmly and gets them taken care of in an efficient and sensitive manner. She is also fluent in Spanish.
Ida Alvarez, Patient Coordinator
Ida has been an experienced patient coordinator and receptionist for several years. She has been the very first employee of Body Focus since 2005. She is answering phones, making appointments and multitasking always with a smile and positive attitude. She has an extensive knowledge of all treatments and procedures performed at Body Focus and she can talk about them in both, English and Spanish.
Beatrice Barrientes, Esthetic Coordinator
Beatrice is an esthetic patient coordinator and a receptionist for Body Focus. She does everything in her power to make patients feel welcome and comfortable.
